ON SITE ENGINEERS
Green Onsite Service:
Our green onsite maintenance agreement includes a training module, which helps your selected users become proficient in servicing your own equipment. We also train all users on how to maintain the equipment properly with regular preventative maintenance checks.
We have found this to reduce the number of call outs and regular health checks by over half, and its reflected in your printing equipments operational consistency and printing integrity.
Comprehensive Onsite:
All the onsite engineers are, manufacturer-accredited to offer a comprehensive service across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Our rapid response service ensures more first-time fixes, more on-site fixes, and lower cost and downtime for your equipment.
All our engineers have ONC or HNC qualifications and have operated in both the field and a workshop environment for several years. They have both hardware and software experience to deal with all aspects of challenging onsite service solutions. Each engineer will provide you with a diagnostics, resolution, or proposed resolution report.
